Customer satisfaction is our primary goal, one we pursue by means of efficient structures, modern systems and the commitment of the men and women who work for SVAT. In this context, training is of fundamental importance, with IFS Logistics playing an especially valuable role. Professionalism, discipline and speed of response are the strengths of a group that always succeeds in finding the most suitable solutions and achieving the best possible results. Our actions are guided by an ethical code that is shared and put into practice by SVAT’s entire workforce. For SVAT, customer satisfaction is the proof we need of our careful planning and of a job well done.

Green Sustainability
The decrease in the pollution emissions is one of the goals that Svat is determined to guarantee. To to that the renewal of the fleet is made with engines congruent with the European Laws EURO 6.
In addition the project groupage/pooling that Svat is able to realize are favourable for the environment because different orders are organized in one freight, minimizing the impact.
The continuous seek for the improvement though the innovations iS the way to the excellence.
The development of SVAT has to do not only with the trucks and infrastuctures but with the IT sector as well.
To allow the full tracking of the goods, all our warehouses are managed by the radiofrequency through a specific WMS linked to a TMS for a correct planning of the deliveries.
Thanks to the innovating informative system the branches of the group operate on a single database in Nogarole Rocca. This allowed us to adequate and accelerate our planning and control systems.
Have a complete visibility of the processes allows us to be stronger and more focussed on the service and develop in an efficient way new businesses.
To confirm it there are the certificates that, for the logistics activities in SVAT, are at a higher level. SVAT S.p.A. is certified ISF logistics “International feauted Standards” since 2007 and the warehouses are certified with the CEE seal. The proceduers expected by the standards for the certification represent the working system in SVAT. They have been introduced and are experienced with the best participation. The distribution model is based on a weekly delivery plan, shared with the customers that is sharply respected and guarantees a high frequency.
